According to the CEC the voter turnover by12:00, is 13% on Mtatsminda, which is 3% higher than in the first round. The electoral administration states that there were cases when voters residing in other precincts were trying to vote in Mtatsminda district. Also, according to the press-speaker of the election commission, only one complaint has been submitted to the Commission by the "Young Lawyers Association."
"At 12:00 the voter turnout constituted 13.2% in the №1 majoritarian election district, which is 5 814 voters in quantity and 3% increase for the second round by 12:00 hours, "said CEC spokesperson Ana Mikeladze.
