After almost two years of house arrest, Tamar Merekishvili"s trial is scheduled in Tskhinvali.
The civil activist is accused by the Tskhinvali regime simultaneously in violation of several articles of criminal law - among them is defamation of the ruling party "United Ossetia" and the use of fake documents. The journalist has been deprived of a passport and all the necessary documents. Merakishvili does not exclude that the session will be postponed as the previous 5 processes.
