Kibar Khalvashi"s side forgot to indicate the consent of Paata Salia on the document, delivered to the Public Registry, according to which he should be appointed as a Director_Genral of Rustavi 2.

The Public Registry has recently reviewed the appeal of Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer. According to the new extraction, 100 % shares of Rustavi 2 belongs to Kibar Khalvashi and his company.
