Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze against Irakli Okruashvili. Nino Barachashvili, the lawyer of David Dvali, filed the suit in the Prosecutor"s Office.
Barachashvili declares that the reason of sue is the attempt of Irakli Okruashvili to hand the company. According to Dvali, Okruashvili presented the false documents.
After the decision of the European Court of Human Rights, Kibar Khalvashi was declared as the owner of the "Rustavi 2."
Irakli Okruashvili claims that he is the real owner of the "Rustavi 2." According to the lawyer of Davit Dvali and Jarji Akimidze, the documents are false.
Okruashvili was demanding the seizure of Kibar Khalvashi shares, but the court have not confirmed.
