Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze"s lawyer challenged Tbilisi City Court"s decision. According to Zviad Kordzadze, the ruling which was unsubstantiated was handed with delay.

The lawyer says that the answers to the defendant"s arguments are not given at all and it is not justified why the court considers that banning Badri Japaridze and Mamuka Khazaradze`s going abroad is justified.
Considering these reasons, Kordzadze demands to cancel the ruling of the Court of Appeal and does not use a preventive measure which envisages a bail of 700 thousand GEL per defendant.
