Devaluation of GEL continues, prices increase, National Statistics Office insists that there is a 5% economic growth in the country.
The executive director of the National Statistics Office of Georgia said that there was a 5% economic growth in June.
“According to preliminary estimates, Georgia"s economy growth was 5% in June 2019. The economic growth rate for the first 6 months was 4.9%. As for sectoral and more extensive analysis, we are not able to provide details to the public for now. We do a very extensive and comprehensive analysis on a quarterly basis,” - said GogitaTodradze.
