Employees of the railway tunnel in Kvishkheti went on strike again. Workers are not going to work. The contractor of the Railway Department demands from the Chinese company to increase the daily fee and to secure the norms of the Labor Code of Georgia.
Workers talk about the problem of safety regulations and harsh working conditions. If the conditions are not met, the strikers threaten to close the tunnel. They said they will not allow the workers who have moved from China to continue working. Company representatives said that the parties have not reached an agreement.
