After filing the charges against Ilia Jishkariani, a member of Tbilisi Sakrebulo (City Assembly), the General Prosecutor’s Office of Georgia appeals to the court with a motion to impose a preventive measure. The prosecutor’s office has not yet specified what type of preventive measure the prosecution will require. It is known when that the court session will start at 12:30 o’clock, tomorrow, with the judge Arsen Kalatozishvili.

Ilia Jishkariani, as Majoritarian deputy from Isani district, was charged for sexual and physical assault of Tamta Todadze. She already granted victim status.
