Levan Dzneladze, wounded in bloody confrontation in Kipshidze Street, has been arrested.

A person who has so far been a victim has been formally charged today. He is accused of deliberately damaging health and illegal purchase and keeping of firearms (Criminal Code of Georgia Article 117, paragraph 1 and Article 236, paragraphs 3 and 4, which imposes imprisonment from 3 to 7 years).

Levan Dzneladze was taken to the pre-trial detention facility, but later returned to Ghudushauri clinic for treatment. According to his lawyer, these articles do not have a real base.
