Kakha Kaladze once again commented on the increase of fines for violations of the parking system in Tbilisi and explained that the fines will increase when the problem of public transport will be fully resolved.

"It is very important to regulate public transport. As soon as we have new European-style buses, these regulations will come into force", - said Kakhi Kaladze.
