Representatives of the partner countries of Georgia, who arrived in Batumi within the framework of the international conference, are protesting the occupation and the activities of Russian militaries in Khurvaleti.
According to the Ukrainian Ambassador to Georgia Igor Dolgov, everyone in Georgia and Ukraine is well aware that the enemy is Russia, not the de facto regime.
"We must unite our efforts, we must be able to be strong, though this is not enough. 20% of Georgia is still occupied and Crimea is annexed. We are seeing an endless war in eastern Ukraine. Here, in Georgia and in Ukraine, we know very well who the enemy is and why we have such a reality. This is not a de facto government in Tskhinvali or Abkhazia or the so-called de facto authorities of Donetsk and Lugansk. The issue is the position of Russian leaders. Why? This is clear because they do not want us to be members of the European family, they do not want us to be free", - said the Ukrainian Ambassador.
