Democracy wins, free voting will take place - Dimitri Khundadze

Dimitri Khundadze, the member of the Georgian Dream said that it was decided to vote on constitutional changes related to the transition to a proportional electoral system in the Parliament while meeting in the office of ruling party.

“As always, the Georgian Dream found a solution. Democracy won, there will be free voting", - said Khundadze.
