Protesters did not allow Zugdidi majoritarian MP Merab Qvaraia to enter Parliament’s building today.

They chanted: “Slave”, “Rat” and “Bidzina’s small dog”.

Merab Qvaraia is one of the lawmakers who voted against transition to fully proportional electoral system from 2020. He left the territory with the help of police officers.

Qvaraia told the protesters that they were shameful.
