Davit Usupashvili, the leader of the “Movement for Construction” responded to the allegations made by Tbilisi mayor Kakha Kaladze.

As Usupashvili said he had prepared a 90-page document about the proportional system, which was sent to the Georgian Dream. But he didn’t receive any response.

“Today Kaladze said that in previous constitutional commission I did nothing in order to resolve this case. I prepared 90-page document today’s teammates didn’t change in it even 90 words. I sent them this document via e-mail and was waiting to their suggestions. What do they sent to me on this issue?! Nothing. Because they didn"t want proportional elections”, - said David Usupashvili.
