In Zugdidi 44-year-old man wounded with a gun

A 44-year-old man was shot on Rustaveli Street in Zugdidi. He is currently undergoing surgery in Zugdidi Referral Hospital.

According to the doctors, patient’s health condition is stable.
The incident happened in the Samaia Park and was preceded by a confrontation.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation was launched under Article 117 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which involves deliberate serious damage to health.
