Court orders several-day administrative imprisonment for persons detained during the dispersal of November 18 rally

The court found the persons detained during the dispersal of November 18 rally, Irakli Nadiradze, member of City Council, Giga Makarashvili and three other detainees - Dimitri Bidzinashvili, Davit Mzhavanadze and Irakli Kacharava – guilty of violating the law.

Another detainee Paata Sosanashvili was only given a verbal warning.

Besides, the judge sentenced Irakli Nadiradze to administrative imprisonment of 13 days, Giga Makarashvili to - 12 days, Dimitri Bidzinashvili - 13 days, Davit Mzhavanadze and Irakli Kacharava - 4 days each.
