The leader of the majority disagrees with the statement of the Public Defender regarding the fact that there are cases of informal governance in prisons. In this context, Mamuka Mdinaradze recalls the period of the former government:

“When you can’t say that someone is being tortured in prison, or someone was killed, as it was in our very dark past with its dark representatives, then you are talking about someone having more influence over inmates. This is probably an achievement. Especially when there is no such thing”, - said Mamuka Mdinaradze.
