The psychologists of the Psycho-Service Center of the Ministry of Education continue working with the students of Green School and several other schools. Such a statement made the Minister of Education.

According to Mikheil Chkhenkeli, the main aim of the state and the ministry is to take care of the safety of children and protect their rights.

“I would like to express my deepest condolences over the tragic death of a 15-year-old teenager and extend my condolences to family, friends, and classmates of the deceased.

Psychologists continue to work with students at Green School as well at school N 100 and N 169 to help them cope with the stress. We are doing everything we can to prevent tragedies like this. The Ministry has initiated and is implementing appropriate measures regarding student safety in public schools. 

The resource officers will have specialized training, together with people who are responsible for safety at schools. Strengthening the psycho-social direction is also essential. Now the key is for these processes to start in private schools as well”, - concluded the Minister.
