Archil Talakvadze, the Speaker of the Parliament, congratulates Ilia II, the Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, on the 42nd anniversary of his enthronement.

According to him, Ilia II has done many good things for our country and people.

“42 years have passed since his enthronement, we have witnessed great prosperity, service to the nation and God, restoration of churches and monasteries, conversion to the faith, support of Georgian traditions and culture and restoration of ancient Georgian hymns”, - said the Head of the Parliament.
