A young woman was wounded with a sharp weapon in Poti. A victim accused her husband while talking to the doctors.

The patient was transferred to the Poti hospital. As the doctor says, her life is not in danger and the health condition is satisfactory.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs launched the investigation under the first part of Article 126 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which means domestic violence and envisages up to 2 years of imprisonment. According to the agency, the police arrested the offender.
