I think the majority will support Irakli Shotadze’s candidacy. Such a statement made Archil Talakvadze, the Chairman of the Parliament.

According to him, while holding the position of Prosecutor General, Shotadze, opened many essential cases.

“Many important cases were investigated in a small amount of time, particularly grave crimes, homicide cases, domestic violence offenses, drug and trafficking crimes. When people had questions regarding one of the hardest cases, Irakli Shotadze made a decent decision and resigned”, - concluded Talakvadze.
