Tbilisi City Court did not consider the lawsuit of Akimidze and Dvali on Rustavi 2 case

Today, January 17, Tbilisi City Court dismissed the lawsuit of Jarji Akimidze and Davit Dvali regarding the Rustavi 2 case.

Jarji Akimidze and Davit Dvali requested the annulment of the share purchase agreement with the defendants Kibar Khalvashi and Paata Karsanidze, the cancellation of the registration in the National Agency of Public Registry as well as the ownership of the Ltd shares.

The court examined the case materials without a hearing and decided that the plaintiff"s side failed to comply with the requirement of the Code of Civil Procedure.
