Police officers detained one person for drug offences in Poti.
Law enforcers have seized 26 packs of methadone and 5 packs of cocaine as a result of a personal search of the detainee.
The detainee, only identified as D.Ts., 33 years old, is accused of the purchase and possession of a large amount of drugs.
The crime is punishable by 8 to 20 years in prison or life imprisonment.
