The murder near the village of Karajalari – police solved the case

Police detained N.KH., born in 1997, convicted of robbery in the past for premeditated murder.

According to the investigation, the accused fatally injured D.SH., born in 1956 near the village of Karajalari, Gardabani Municipality, on February 17.

In order to cover the trace, he placed the body of the killed in the car and set the car on fire. Afterward, he fled the scene. Law enforcers arrested the accused soon after the incident.

The investigation is launched under article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.

The crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.
