Police detained L.Q. (date of birth - 1979) in Dusheti for premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances against two or more family members.

Committed crime envisages from 16 to 20 years or lifetime imprisonment.

Investigation established that on February 28, of the current year, detainee inflicted lethal injuries with a knife to his mother- Ts. Q. (1957) and his sister T.Q. (1977) in their own house on the basis of conflict. Both of the victims died due to the received traumas.

Police seized the weapons of crime as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder committed under aggravating circumstances against two or more family members, articles 111 and 109, II part, sub-paragraph “F” of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
