One of the patients with confirmed coronavirus is Bank of Georgia (BOG)’s employee.

According to the BOG, this person traveled from Italy on February 26. His health condition is satisfactory.

“We have active communication with the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health, those who had contact with this patient are identified. Appropriate safety standards are in place to prevent the spread of the virus”, - reads the statement.

This woman works in the branch near the Grmagele Metro Station. Now the branch is subjected to disinfection, and people with whom she has contacted are being identified.

According to the Press Office of the Bank, the woman’s health condition is stable, and she is being subjected to monitoring. All the individuals with whom she has dealt with have already been identified, and preventative security measures are being carried out.
