David McAllister, the Chairman of the European Parliament’s Foreign Relations Committee, said at a meeting of the Foreign Relations Committee in Brussels that the release of political prisoners is a step forward for Georgia.

“It should be noted that the March 8 agreement between the Georgian government and the political parties is important. The release of Ugulava-Okruashili, political prisoners, is a step forward, but it is not a complete list. Giorgi Rurua must be released in time”, - said David McAllister.
