Fact of murder in Tbilisi solved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs- one person detained

Police detained Ts.A. (DoB 1965) in Tbilisi for premeditated murder and illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm. Committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on the basis of vengeance, detainee inflicted injury with a firearm in chest area to the friend of his family- G.G. (DoB 1968) on Paata Janelidze Street, Tbilisi and fled from the place of crime.

Law enforcers managed to detain Ts. A. (DoB 1968) several hours after the crime. During his personal search policemen seized “Makarov” pistol as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder and illegal purchase-keeping and carrying of firearm, article 108 and article 236, III and IV parts of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
