Two people arrested on the case of a woman killed in Kutaisi for not reporting a crime. The Ministry of Internal Affairs does not specify the identities of the detainees.

According to the Kurieri, one of them is a neighbor of dies woman. Friends of the deceased do not rule out that the number of detainees may increase.

Yesterday police detained B.K. (DoB 1975) for premeditated murder. The committed crime envisages from 7 to 15 years of imprisonment.

Investigation established that on July 18, on the basis of conflict, detainee inflicted several injuries to her friend in her own apartment located on Zviad Gamsakhurdia Street, Kutaisi - E.Ch. (DoB 1989) and fled from the place of crime. As a result of the sustained traumas, the victim died at the place of crime. The weapon of crime- knife, was seized by the law enforcers as evidence.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of premeditated murder, article 108 envisaged by the Criminal Code of Georgia.
