After an 11 - month pause, IPRM meeting started in Ergneti

After an 11 – month pause, meeting of Group on Incidents Prevention and Response Mechanisms (IPRM) started in the village of Ergneti, Gori Municipality.

According to the Security Service, during the 96th meeting, illegal detention of Georgian citizens Zaza Gakheladze, Khvicha Mghebrishvili and Gennady Bestaev will be discussed.

95th IPRM meeting was held on August 29 of 2019. Representatives of Tskhinvali refused to participate in the meeting. They demanded dismantling of the Georgian police checkpoint at Chorchana.
