Police detained 2 individuals - L.S. (DoB: 1993) and N.K. (DoB: 2001) on the fact of intentional damage to health of two or more persons in group. Committed crime envisages from 2 to 4 years of imprisonment.

The investigation established that the detainees employed as security guards in one of the bars located in Tbilisi on August 22 of the current year on the grounds of conflict offered physical violence to the visitors of the bar I.F. and I.G. (DoB: 1986). As a result of the incident, I.F. and I.G. suffered health damage. They received relevant medical aid.

Investigation is in progress on the fact of intentional damage to health of two or more persons in a group (sub-clause “c” and “d”, part 2 of the Article 120 of the Criminal Code of Georgia). Also, operative-investigative actions are carried out in order to identify and new circumstances and detain other persons possibly in contact with the mentioned criminal case.
