The illegal action taken against the Lugar Lab is an integral part of the disinformation, said the Minister of Foreign Affairs Davit Zalkaliani while commenting the cyber attack on a Lugar lab database.

“The illegal action taken against the Lugar Laboratory Center is categorically unacceptable. This is an integral part of the disinformation and illegal campaign, which is carried out even in the conditions of a pandemic, against an institution that is critically important and very valuable for Georgia.

Do you know how important the Lugar Lab is in fighting pandemics? It was this critically important institution that was attacked. The attack was, of course, aimed at paralyzing this institution, because one of the factors determining the success of Georgia and our Government in terms of fighting the pandemic is Lugar Lab. Our law enforcement agencies are in close communication with all our partners”, - said Davit Zalkaliani.
