Out of 44 new coronavirus cases, 3 are medical personnel. Such a statement made today the Medical Director of the Tbilisi Infectious Diseases Hospital.

“Out of 44 new COVID-19 cases, 7 are linked to the confectionery shop “Dona”, 3 are medical workers, 12 are linked to Batumi, 12 more had contact with an infected patient, 2 had travel history in virus-hit place, 5 are imported and source of infection into 3 cases is unknown. 421 coronavirus patients remain in COVID-centers, of those, 3 are in a critical condition, 17 more in serious state”, - said Marina Ezugbaia.

Totally there are 1 773 cases of coronavirus in Georgia.
