We are not going and are not ready to impose strict economic restrictions. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia.
“As we said before, unfortunately, the global pandemic will be with us for some time. We have to get used to living with these challenges in order not to damage the economy.
All of us, together with our citizens, are primarily interested in moving the achievements attained in the field of clinical management of the virus to the economic dimension. Economy should recover quickly. For this we need to make the virus management effective.
These are not difficult requirements, wearing a mask is not a difficult requirement, but it seems that we will have to impose certain restrictions and I think that our citizens will properly perceive these restrictions”, - said Giorgi Gakharia.
