Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia meets with Ambassador of Azerbaijan

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II has met with Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Georgia Faig Guliyev.

The Catholicos-Patriarch congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment and once again expressed his concern over the hostilities in Nagorno-Karabakh.

“There is nothing more precious than the truth. We should seek it. The path to the truth is a gradual process. God willing, this will happen through legal, peaceful methods”, - reads the statement of the Patriarchate.

It should be mentioned that yesterday, the Catholicos-Patriarch Ilia II met with the Ambassador of Armenia to Georgia, Ruben Sadoyan.
