Georgia is a strong ally of the United States, which has proven that growth in economic freedom results in development and investment, writes US Congressman Alex Mooney on Twitter.

“Every year, the Department of State releases Investment Climate Statements that measure the international business environment in countries around the world. I was proud to see high marks given to Georgia, a country I have traveled to while working on Financial Services. Georgia is a former Soviet bloc country that is now thriving economically after undertaking free-market reforms. A strong American ally, they have proven that increasing economic freedom leads to new growth and investment”, - twitted Mooney
