Fundamental freedoms were respected - Estonian Foreign Ministry shares OSCE / ODIHR assessments

Estonian Foreign Minister responds to the parliamentary elections in Georgia. Urmas Reinsalu shares the OSCE / ODIHR assessments and states that, in general, fundamental rights were protected.

“We align with OSCE/ODIHR assessment on Georgia’s parliamentary elections held under amended electoral system. Overall, fundamental freedoms were respected. Further efforts to address shortcomings are needed, especially in the run-up to the 2nd round on November 21st”, - twitted Urmas Reinsalu.
