Malkhaz Mikeladze, Deputy Chairman of the State Border Delimitation and Demarcation Commission, was summoned to the General Prosecutor"s Office as part of the ongoing investigation into the case of Davit Gareji.

Mikeladze, Director of the Department of Neighboring Countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and at the same time Deputy Chairman of the Demarcation-Delimitation Commission, was also the Chairman of the Commission in 2004-2005.
