I hope that at the next meeting we will be able to reconcile the positions - Archil Talakvadze. Such a statement made today the Speaker of the Parliament after the third round of talks between the ruling party and the opposition.

“This meeting served to bring closer the positions on the important issues related to the stabilization of the political system and the long-term cooperation between the opposition and the Georgian Dream. I want to thank the ambassadors once again for facilitating this important dialogue. I hope that at the next meeting we will be able to reconcile the positions in such a way that it will be possible to reach an agreement and a multi-party functioning of the Parliament.

Despite the COVID-19, up to 2 million of our citizens made their choice in the elections and we have no reason to question their choice. We have already stated our public position in this regard, the Georgian Dream will not consider the re-election or any version related to it, including the plebiscite”, - said Archil Talakvadze.
