As soon as 38 deputies refuse their mandates, at least 3 deputies from Girchi will file an application on leaving the parliament. Such a statement made Vakhtang Megrelishvili, one of the leaders of Girchi.
“The statement of the ruling party regarding the abolition of the United National Movement created such a reality that the talks may not continue at all. However, if talks continue, the question will be whether there is a chance that the country will get a more important result as a result of negotiations with the government than by boycotting the Parliament.
As soon as 38 deputies refuse their mandates and there is no chance to form a constitutional majority in the parliament, at least 3 deputies from Girchi will file an application on leaving the Parliament”, - added Vakhtang Megrelishvili.
