Explosion in Akhaltsikhe - two people injured

Two people injured after an explosion in the “Imereti” restaurant on Rustaveli street in Akhaltsikhe.

According to the Emergency Management Service, 12 families were evacuated from the residential building. Allegedly, a gas leak has triggered the explosion.

An investigation has been launched to determine what caused the explosion.
