Tbilisi City Hall will spend GEL 400 000 on musicians for New Year events. Such a statement made today the Minister of Economy.

“Before the pandemic, musicians were actively involved in various events, but as of now they no longer have this opportunity and are left without an income. That’s why the City Hall should take care of them during the New Year period.

Due to the existing restrictions restaurants are closed, it is strictly forbidden to hold concerts in hotels too. That’s why the Economy Ministry decided to allocate GEL 400 000 to involve as many musicians and singers as possible in the New Year event organized by the City Hall”, - said Natia Turnava.
