The educational process has been resumed in the classrooms in Georgia, except 3 big cities - Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Rustavi.

From today students’ parents will have the opportunity to choose the education method. This approach will apply only to the public schools of Zugdidi, Telavi, Zestaponi, Gardabani, Poti, Marneuli, Batumi, Kobuleti, Gori.

The Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports has equipped schools, on the basis of the order of the Minister of Health, with all the necessary resources.

Georgian government will allow the in-class education process in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and Kutaisi if the COVID-19 positivity rate reaches 4%.
