The ruling Georgian Dream party is trying to win the time not to formalize the single-party Parliament. Such a statement made today Zaal Udumashvili, a member of the United National Movement.
“What [Irakli] Kobakhidze said today was known after [Salome] Zourabichvili’s statement, who was the first to put forward this initiative. Now the [Georgian] Dream is trying to prolong the time so that they do not officially form a one-party parliament. They are very afraid of it.
The decision, however, will not change our plans. Prolonging the process will make sense only if the ruling party agrees to appoint new elections”, - added Zaal Udumashvili.
