In case of repeated violation of the rule of wearing a mask, the fine will be doubled. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia during the Government session.

“In addition to easing these restrictions, we must also take care of tightening the rules. That’s why we have decided that when the violation of wearing a mask occurs for the second time, the corresponding fine will be doubled. This is very important because against the COVID-19, nothing more effective could have invented than mask, keeping distance, testing and then vaccination.

We must do everything to follow these rules effectively, it is in the interest of our economy and our daily lives”, - added Giorgi Gakharia.
