Russia delegation to arrive in occupied Tskhinvali

A delegation of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of Russia is expected in the so-called Parliament of Tskhinvali.

A delegation of five people includes Konstantin Kosachev - head of the delegation, Chairman of the Federation Council Committee of the Federal Assembly for International Affairs, Crym Kazanokov - Senator of the Federation Council, Oleg Seleznev - Senator of the Federation Council, Kazbek Taysayev - Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee for CIS Affairs, Eurasian Integration and Relations with compatriots, as well as Mikhail Sinitsin, a responsible and accompanying staff member from the office of the Federation Council.

The main purpose of the visit is to carry out the work of the permanent Commission on Interparliamentary Cooperation, which will outline the issues in the implementation of which the Russian side will help the occupied region.
