The leader of Girchi - More Freedom, Zurab Japaridze, has appealed against the decision of the Parliament not to terminate his mandate to the Constitutional Court.

„It is about 2 months since I filed the application, which was rejected by the legislature. It is not just a matter of mandate. My rights have been restricted. I have no right to do anything other than educational activities because of their decision.

Besides, the state is asking me to submit a declaration and if I do not do so, I will be fined first and then prosecuted. All this is unconstitutional”, - said Zurab Japaridze.
