The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has issued a statement regarding Mikheil Saakashvili.

The Ministry warns the public figures once again to refrain from calling for actions of disobedience in friendly Georgia, such statements may be considered interference in the internal affairs of our strategic partner.

“The accusations against the Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia have no evidence other than the accuser’s emotions. Ukrainian diplomacy will not pay attention to them and will continue to effectively resist Russian hybrid aggression, mobilize the world to support Ukraine, open new markets for Ukrainian exporters, and successfully protect the rights of our compatriots abroad”, - reads the statement.
