The US Embassy in Georgia is responding to the attack on Vakho Sanaia and his family.

“The U.S. Embassy condemns the attack committed against journalist Vakho Sanaia and his family. Attacks against journalists are unacceptable and cannot be tolerated. We urge the authorities to complete a full investigation into this case, as well as other outstanding cases of violence against journalists”, - reads the statement of the Embassy.
