The President of the European Council visits occupation line

European Council President and the EU Monitoring Mission have arrived in the village of Khurvaleti, bordering the occupation line with the Tskhinvali region.

Charles Michel will get acquainted with the situation on the ground.

Before visiting Khurvaleti, he met with the top Georgian officials. Later, he will meet the political parties.

The President of the European Council will depart from Georgia tomorrow, March 2.
